The Saudi Industrial Property Authority (MODON) signed today, at its headquarters in Riyadh an agreement to operate and benefit from the alliance of the two companies “International Water Distribution Co. Ltd.” (Tawzea) and “Aquapour” from Portugal, for the management and distribution of water services in two industrial cities in the Kingdom, according to the latest international standards, for a period of 5 years, renewable for a maximum of (25) years.

Eng. Khalid Al-Salem, Director General of “MODON” and Eng. Mohammad Kamal Al-Mudras, President of Tawzea and Aquapour Alliance, signed the contract to provide water services in the two industrial cities of Jeddah 2nd.  and Jeddah 3rd. in a comprehensive and integrated manner, while meeting all environmental requirements and water needs of the industry.
Eng. Khalid Al Salem, Director General of “MODON” said: "MODON's signing of this type of advanced service contract comes within its system to develop and improve performance in its industrial cities and make them a model to reach the highest standards of services provided to industrialists and investors, in addition to moving ahead with its development plan by cooperating and involving the private sector in all its businesses, to achieve its strategic objectives, and contribute to realizing the Saudi Vision 2030.
For his part, Engineer Mohammed Al-Mudras, President of the two allied companies, praised the opening of "MODON" to the private sector in implementing its projects in its industrial cities. He said that this reflects the true meaning of the partnership between the public and private sector in the interest of industry in the Kingdom.
