The Director General of Saudi Industrial Property Authority “MODON”, Eng. Khalid Al-Salem participated on behalf of His Excellency the Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources Eng. Khalid Al-Falih at the conference “Industrial Finance & Investment” organized by Qassim University in its headquarters in Buraidah, under the auspices of the Minister of Education, His Excellency, Dr. Ahmed Al-Issa. Eng. Al Salem addressed during his speech at the session (Industry Enabler) which have been within the conference program, in the presence of Chairman of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, in charge Dr. Musleh bin Hamed Al-Otaibi. “MODON” competitive advantages offered to industrialists, investors, pioneers and entrepreneurs as part of its efforts to boost evolution of the national economy, development and diversification of income source and increasing the competitiveness of different sectors, which supports achieving the Kingdom Vision 2030. The Director General of “MODON" reviewed extent readiness of infrastructure, products diversity and supported services, such as competitive prices starting from one riyal per square meter in the year especially in promising cities. In addition, what it offers in its industrial cities as sustainable environment using the latest technologies in environmental impact monitoring, and safe investment with a range of 20 years. Al-Salam pointed to "MODON" role in the field of community development, and provided the advantages that allow investors to request specialized industrial clusters, and the efforts of "MODON" in bringing suppliers together and providing a series of rich supplies within the industrial cities, which up to (1000) suppliers. The conference discussed the current situation of investment and industrial finance in the Kingdom and the role of the industrial sector and the structure of the economy. Further discussed investment and industrial finance opportunities, experiences and legislations learned in the field of industrial investment in the Kingdom according to the “Kingdom Vision".
