Dammam 2nd. The industrial existing list and targeted in the future includes many promising industries which contribute to achieving MODON strategy and contribute effectively to achieve the Kingdom vision 2030, such as: manufacture of non-metallic minerals and building materials - chemicals and their products - manufacture of rubber and plastic products - manufacture of food products and beverages - wood and furniture industry - textiles and leather - printing and publishing - medical industries - paper and its products.
Investment in Dammam 2nd. Industrial City characterized by many incentives, such as long-term lease of industrial land, access to financial facilities and government loans of up to 50%, customs exemption for machinery, equipment and raw materials for industry. Dammam 2nd. Industrial City includes MODON Lake, the largest industrial lake in the Kingdom.
