The Saudi Industrial Property Authority (MODON) and the Department of Passports in Riyadh Region on Wednesday opened the “Service at Car” for special needs people in the branch of the Passport Office in Riyadh 2nd. Industrial City, to provide services to people with special needs to complete their transactions.
The ceremony was inaugurated by Brigadier Abdullah Al-Obeid, Director of the General Administration for Administrative Affairs in the Riyadh Region, on behalf of the Director of Riyadh Passports, in the presence of Engineer Yazeed Al-Jowaie, Branch Manager of the Industrial Cities in Riyadh, Al-Kharj and Durma, and Brigadier Rashid Al-Hariol, Director of the Passports Division in Riyadh 2nd. Industrial City.
Brigadier Al Obeid explained that the preparation and opening of this service in the Riyadh 2nd. Industrial City came under the direction of the Director of Passports of Riyadh Region Major General Sulaiman Al-Suhaibani, indicating that the office provides the best and finest services for people with special needs and works to facilitate their procedures and transactions, in addition to meet all their needs and solve their problems and difficulties that they may face.
Mr. Bandar Al-Toaimi, Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications at “MODON”, said "The opening of this service for people with special needs in Riyadh 2nd. Industrial City comes from “MODON’s” principle of social responsibility and to achieve its strategies of improving the basic and necessary services needed by customers and investors in various categories, and commitment of the need to provide a range of integrated services for this category in all the industrial cities spread all over the Kingdom”.
Al-Toaimi cited the presence of comprehensive service centers in the main industrial cities, besides the customer service center, call center and e-services, all providing services to customers under one roof, which include certificate of origin, labor office services, passport services, chamber of commerce services and Saudi post services.
