The Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications in Modon, Bandar Al-Toaimi stated that Ready Factories product it is one of the leading projects provided by "Modon" from its responsibilities as one of the bodies enabling the industry in the Kingdom, a service to its partners, investors, entrepreneurs especially in the medium and light industries. They are fully built factories with typical specifications, low cost, suitable for small business and medium enterprises. It was constructed according to the latest international specifications and standards to create an integrated productivity environment. In order to save time and effort on the investor, and motivating them to focus on the production process directly without going into the problems of construction and design. Al-Toaimi stated that the number of Ready factories reach the end of now more than (408) completed factories, all services are available from an improved infrastructure, electricity, communication, water, parking, security and safety systems. It designed to be uneven in size, in order to facilitate the installation of machines and production lines for most industries, which expands the options for investors and is compatible with the needs of factories, which vary in need of space, and make them compatible with a wide variety of industries.
