The Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones "MODON" signed a memorandum of understanding to run the Sewing and Embroidery Center in Jizan, with the Al-Anamel Association for Creative Arts and Crafts in the region, in partnership with Saudi Aramco, honoring His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Nasser bin Abdulaziz, Prince of Jazan Region, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed Bin Abdul Aziz Bin Mohammed, Deputy Governor of Jazan Region. The Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications and the official spokesperson in "MODON", Bandar Al-Toaimi, stated that the project aims to create job opportunities for more than 100 beneficiaries of low income and special needs in the Jazan region, in addition to the specific training programs to be provided to the beneficiaries of the project, as well as localization of the uniforms industry in all its forms. He pointed out that the signing of this memorandum comes within the role of "MODON" in the movement of social responsibility and to enable the industry in the Kingdom, indicating that such projects are working to support the industrialization and push towards the overall quality and make it a priority for the future development of Jazan region, and provide the opportunity to national levels in support of local content to contribute positively to the development process and achieve Kingdom Vision 2030. In the same context, Aisha Al-Shabaili, president of the Association of Creative Arts and Crafts, confirmed that the employment of women in the promising city of Jazan is a common dream between association and MODON under the social responsibility of both sides. She explained that the ambition of establishing a factory that brings together girls and embraces their talents and creations has been pursued by the girls of the region for some time, so that a girl can work and produce with high craftsmanship and high productivity in an environment conducive to work and creativity.
