Al-Ijaimi Private Industrial City

Creation	The city was established and its general plan approved in 1429H.
Location	Located in Riyadh on Al-Kharj Old Road near its intersection with Al-Kharj New Road.
Area	1,314,400 m2 of which 80% is developed.
Targeted Industries	Electrical panel industries, building materials and a number of factories and warehouses.
Owner & Developer	: Mohammed Al-Ijaimi Company.
Operator	The city is operated by ASAS Company for Developing and Operating Industrial Cities.
Achievments	Assessed all the plant data and prepared a database for the city. A virtual evacuation plan was made for a factory within the city in order to raise the level of awareness.
