MODON is pleased to announce several Housing Projects in MODON estates that will be initiated within 2010 and 2011. MODON is looking to prequalify investors with extensive experience in developing, operating & maintaining such (BOT) projects. Those housing projects will include labor, family and single residential compounds.

All interested investors are encouraged to submit the required information in order to qualify.

Prequalification Requirements

• Construction Experience
• Operational Experience
• Financial Strength

Upon Qualification

Once your organization is qualified, you will be notified and will receive an RFP upon the readiness of each tender.

Saudi Industrial Property Authority (MODON) is pleased to announce that a number of gas stations projects in industrial cities in various regions of the Kingdom will be launched during the year 2011. MODON wishes to prequalify a group of investors in this regard before tendering these projects to the (BOT) System.

All interested investors are encouraged to submit the required information no later than 09/04/1432H, corresponding to 14/3/2011, in order to qualify.
 
Prequalification requirements

• Experience in the establishment of gas stations.
• Experience in the operation of gas stations.
• Efficiency and financial strength.
• Design and the services provided.

• Information needed to be submitted in the specified time shedule.

• Refilling of the document for projects under implementation (maximum three projects).
• Experience in the operation of stations: Needs to be filled for three previous projects (maximum three projects). Download Form.
• Refilling of the document for projects under implementation (maximum three projects).
• Financial strength: Submit duly approved and certified financial reports for the last three years.
• Design and services provided: Submit a colored model of the gas station and type of services provided to the consumers.
• Organizational structure of the company / institution.

Copies of the following documents should be attached:

• Copy of Commercial Registration.
• Copy of Zakat certificate.
• Copy of Saudization certificate.
• Copy of the feasibility study including the name and license of the consultant office (after receiving MODON’s approval on the project).

• A brief report on the seminars attended for community service (if any, non-binding).

Prequalification documents should be delivered in person to the Customer Services Office in MODON Head Office in Riyadh, or by mail to PO Box 84214 Riyadh 11671, before the last date of submission; documents to be submitted are as follow:

• Soft copy of all documents in a CD
• Official request letter to prequalify for Gas Station Projects on (BOT) System.
• Any incomplete document or any documents delivered after the specified date will not be accepted.
• Note: Saudi Industrial Property Authority (MODON) would welcome any additions and new innovative services for serving customers of gas stations. So, these requirements are not restricted to this form only.

• In the event of approval of the Prequalification, MODON will inform you and then send special invitations when these projects are tendered.
