Online Land Request 

Procedure to be followed to submit land requests and allocation of land:

  1. On-site registration and activation of account.
  2. Entry of customer’s complete data.
  3. Obtaining customer’s approval on the allocation, procedures and the format of the contract. (Arabic only)
  4. License should be for the same city in which the industrial land is requested.
  5. Filling-in the land request form and attaching the following documents:
    • Copy of Identity card or residence (in case of foreign investor)
    • Copy of the Commercial Register
    • Copy of the industrial license.
  6. The request shall be preliminary reviewed as:
    • If there are errors or shortages in the Customer’s data, he shall be informed of these errors or shortages and will be requested to modify and update the data.
    • In case of non-availability of land suitable to Customer’s requirements, the customer land request will be accepted in principle and be placed in the waiting list.
  7. If land suitable to the Customer’s requirements is available, a plot of land will be reserved for the customer for a period of (15) days.
    • Payment advice will be sent to the customer to pay fees during the specified period.
    • In the event of non-payment, the request and the reservation of the land will be cancelled.
  8. In the event of payment:
    • An allocation letter valid for (4) months will be issued.
    • A request to the customer to prepare factory drawings will be issued.
  9. Upon receipt of the factory drawings, they will be reviewed:
    • If there are any objections, the drawings with the objections will be returned to the customer.
    • In the absence of any objections, the approval letter to the drawings will be issued.
  10. The contract will be sent to the customer to be signed within (30) days of receipt of the form.
  11. After signing of the contract by the customer, two copies of it must be submitted to MODON to be signed by the authorized person; a copy of the contract signed by both parties shall be delivered to the Customer.
  12. An invoice of the due rent for the remaining period of the current year as well as for the coming year in full, will be issued; and upon the payment of due rent , a building license will be issued and delivered to the customer.
